TERMITE WARRANTY
A retreat warranty means at any time there is termite activity under the terms and conditions of the termite contract, a licensed termite specialist will service the location for immediate termite control/eradication at no additional cost to our client. A repair warranty means that should any damage to your home ever occur caused by termites, we will repair that damage to your home. You are fully covered for the life of the contract and our service for no additional treatment charges or deductible for any additional work performed.

TERMIDOR LIQUID BARRIER TREATMENT
A licensed technician applies a liquid pesticide, known as a termiticide, to the soil areas directly around the exterior perimeter of your home. We use a non-repellent (Termidor), which is not detectable by termite colony members. Termites unknowingly forage through the product, and transfer the chemical through the entire colony, eliminating the colony. This is known in the industry as trophallaxis, and commonly known as the "transfer effect".
ADVANCE TERMITE BAITING SYSTEM
A licensed technician installs Monitoring stations strategically placed around the home. These stations are periodically monitored for termite activity. If activity is noted, a cellulose baiting material is placed inside the station. The termites will feed on the bait which will eventually eliminate the colony. This service is less invasive and more cost effective than a liquid application and still has excellent results controlling termites.
WOOD INFESTATION INSPECTION REPORT (WIIR)
Jaxx Pest Control Services can issue a homeowner or buyer a Wood Infestation Inspection Report, aka WIIR. A licensed technician will do a thorough inspection of the property and you, or your Realtor, will be provided with the proper literature. If infestation is found, our technician will advise you, or your Realtor, of possible options.
